What to Expect When You Volunteer at Every Meal

 

What to Wear

• Close-toed shoes are required to protect your feet.
• Dress in layers -- the temperature in our warehouse fluctuates with the temperatures outside.
• We recommend no jewelry.
• Masks are currently not required but are encouraged if that is your preference. See our Volunteer Health & Safety page for more information.

Where to Park

• Our address is 2723 Patton Road, Roseville, MN 55113
• When you arrive, please head for the back (West) side of the building. Please park between doors H and O.
• Look for the Every Meal sign on the building and enter through door N, under the awning.
• The door will remain locked until 15-20 minutes before the event begins.

For All Volunteer Opportunities

• There are hangers, cubbies, and lockers for your belongings.
• You will get a name tag so we can better work together as a group.

For Packing Events

• As you come in the door you will be met by our Volunteer Coordinator who will take your name and check you in or have you fill out a Volunteer Release Form.
• Once everyone has arrived we will begin a quick introduction and orientation in the training room before heading to the packing floor.

For Administrative or Warehouse Opportunities

• Ring the doorbell and an Every Meal employee will greet you and direct you to a check-in kiosk.
• They will then bring you to the where you will be volunteering that day.
